Can the same name be picked twice?

No, picking is without replacement — each pick removes that entry from the current draw, so a name can't be selected twice in the same pick.

What does "remove picked names from the list" do?

When enabled, names you've already picked are removed from the textarea itself, so a follow-up pick only draws from the remaining names.

What if I pick more names than are in my list?

At most all of the names in your list will be picked — you can't select more names than you've entered.

Is this good for classroom cold-calling?
