Download the extension
Click the button above to download everyutili-extension.zip, then unzip it anywhere on your computer.
Open chrome://extensions
Type chrome://extensions into your address bar and press Enter, or find it under Chrome's menu → More Tools → Extensions.
Turn on Developer mode
Flip the “Developer mode” switch in the top-right corner of the extensions page.
Load unpacked
